Small studio doing residential / multifamily in Revit

Motionspace Architecture + Design is seeking a full time Architect or Project Designer to join our studio located in Belltown, near the Olympic Sculpture Park.
We are a small studio focused on providing high quality design services. Our projects include residential remodels and additions, new custom homes, and multifamily housing. We also specialize in the design of child care facilities and Montessori schools.
The ideal candidate has:
- 6+ years professional experience
- A degree in Architecture
- Single family and multifamily design experience
- Experience working with building departments
- A strong design background
- Ability to work with other team members
- Ability plan tasks based on project need
Preferred software experience includes:
- Revit (BIM) 3+ years professional experience required. A brief Revit skills assessment will be a part of the interview.
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote
- Experience with 3D point cloud scanner and willingness to lead scans would be a bonus
Please detail your experience with Revit in your correspondence to us, including how many projects you have used it on, and whether they were academic or actual built projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Using Revit to create drawings from As-builts to Construction Documentation for multiple projects at a time.
- Using Bluebeam Studio Sessions to review drawings and collaborate with other team members
- Using OneNote to manage project information
- On site documentation and generating as-built models in Revit from 3D Point Cloud scans
- Engaging in our weekly office meeting to discuss issues, solve problems together, and review workload
