Marketing Coordinator

Are you a skilled writer and creative thinker interested in joining a collaborative design practice working to create positive change in communities? Mithun is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of experience who approaches projects in a proactive, enthusiastic manner and seeks to continually add value while developing marketing skills in a creative, professional services environment. As a member of the integrated Marketing and Communications team, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on national project pursuits, develop compelling content for digital communications channels, maintain data/collateral and coordinate special projects. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent activities, bringing a can-do attitude, organized approach and communication skills to achieve shared goals. We collaborate in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are flexible workdays that allow employees to work in the office or from home.

Requirements

Support the development of compelling proposals and interview materials, including writing, editing and coordinating external contributions.
Produce technical writing for project cut sheets, news posts, social media and other marketing materials.
Coordinate and support the development of award submissions.
Maintain a library of narratives, graphics and templates.
Develop conference presentations and coordinate events in concert with teams.
Maintain project and contact data using Deltek.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.
3+ years of professional experience.
Excellent writing and research skills, focused on quality and accuracy.
Excel at multi-tasking; and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and work styles.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Office, required.
Interest in design and A/E/C experience are desired.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $29 to $33 per year. Pay ranges differ by location.
