JA is seeking a Project Architect/ Project Designer with 7+ years of experience to join our hybrid design studio and help us create exceptional spaces through intelligent, conscientious, and sustainable design. Could it be you?

The Project Architect/Project Designer will have the opportunity to lead in-office design teams through all stages of design, from Conceptual Design and Feasibility Studies through Construction Administration and Project Closeout. Experience coordinating with sub-consultants and interfacing with clients, the ability to oversee and create quality documents and drawings, and a thorough understanding of Project Coordination are integral to success in this role.

Are you ready to apply? Our ideal new JA teammate will have:

·       Accredited Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture

·       Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in the field of architecture

·       Experience with single family, multi-family, and public projects preferred

·       Excellent skills in Revit, CADD, and Sketch-Up

·       Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D model building software, with 3D Studio Max a plus

·       Sustainability accreditation such as LEED or Passive House preferred

·       While not required, a Licensed Architect is a plus
