Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented and motivated Architect or Project Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience to join our team. The position involves leading and contributing to all phases of custom residential projects, from schematic design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
Lead or support the design and documentation of custom single-family homes and remodels.
Develop detailed drawing sets through all project phases.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Participate in design reviews, material research, and site visits.
Contribute to the firm’s commitment to Passive House and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with construction documents and detailing.
Familiarity with Passive House principles or high-performance building practices (PHIUS or PHI certification a plus).
Licensure in Washington State preferred but not required.
