The Legislative Campus Modernization (LCM) Project Director position is a seven-year project employment position established for the oversight of the Legislative Campus Modernization Project, a high visibility project renovating and constructing buildings and office spaces in the historic campus core for state legislators and support staff. In this role you will lead a small team of professional staff providing leadership, project management, and coordination of the LCM project. You will act as the lead DES representative when addressing stakeholder needs, assist in managing consultants and contractors, develop staffing and resource plans, and oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and budgeting efforts.
