Pay: $95,000 – $115,000, compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation to include medical, 401k w/ match, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.

Position Summary
We’re seeking an Architectural Designer to join our small, collaborative studio. You’ll work closely with the Principal on all phases of design — from early concept and storytelling to documentation and delivery — while also helping shape how our projects evolve and how our team grows. This role is ideal for someone who loves to dive deep into ideas, thrives in an intimate studio setting, and wants to contribute to design strategy, documentation, and the broader creative process.
What You’ll Do
· Collaborate directly with the Principal on concept development, design strategy, and project documentation.
· Translate design ideas into thoughtful, clear drawings, models, and visual presentations.
· Participate in client discussions, helping uncover goals and ‘the why’ behind each design decision.
· Support technical documentation across schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction document phases.
· Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to carry design intent through to realization.
· Contribute to internal discussions about process, tools, and studio culture — helping shape how Cureo continues to grow.
· Hybrid approach to office with focus on in-person team collaboration as well as WFH availability.
What We’re Looking For
· 5-8+ years of post-graduate experience in architecture and design.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
· Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Enscape.
· Strong design sensibility with the ability to think both conceptually and technically.
· Excellent visual and verbal communication skills — comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating in an open, supportive environment.
· Curiosity, empathy, and creative initiative — you love asking questions, learning, and exploring new ideas.
· An appreciation for both the artistic and human dimensions of design.
