At our boutique, client-focused firm, you will work across all project phases — helping clients transform strategic ideas into completed facilities. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a client-facing role and grow into a more senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities

+ Independently manage the full scope of the project life cycle while simultaneously managing components of others.
+ Develop and manage the overall project schedule, aligned to the owner’s requirements, in partnership with all third-parties.
+ Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments.
+ Project development and tracking.
+ Support contract development activities in partnership with Senior Project Managers (particularly AIA B101, AIA A102/A201, or similar).
+ Anticipate project and team risks; solve complex challenges and conflicts.
+ Lead contingency planning and schedule and budget recovery planning. Identify, track and manage project risks to closure.
+ Manage soft cost scopes, including FF&E, signage design/procurement, security and IT.
+ May lead move management, transition and readiness planning.
+ Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
+ Lead project meetings and prepare clear status and communications for stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with other Project Managers and/or manage more junior employees, in a way that is encouraging and motivational to the team.
+ Collaborate with senior team members on process improvements and lessons learned.
+ Identify and help secure add-services opportunities that will enable continued growth of our practice.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design/construction related fields, including Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ 5+ years of construction/project management experience, ideally in Owner’s Representative roles.
+ Experience with the following segments is preferred: 1) Healthcare or other similarly complex projects, 2) High-end, estate quality residential projects.
+ Strong knowledge of project delivery processes and contract analysis.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of scheduling principles and software, including Microsoft Project. Bluebeam, AutoCAD and sketch-up capabilities are a bonus.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ High emotional intelligence, ability to read a room and manage numerous personalities.
+ Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work both independently and as a team member, and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.

+ Bonus Program: Eligible to participate in our bonus program, which is paid twice annually based on individual and company success.
+ Health, Wellness & Generous Paid Time Off: Employee medical premiums covered at 100%. Flexibility to work from home to balance personal and work needs. From day one, accrue up to three (3) weeks of PTO per year, plus 10 paid holidays.
