We are a fully-integrated real estate development company. We were locally founded in Seattle, Washington and have remained a family-owned and operated company since 1992, over the last 20+ years, our company has specialized in managing multifamily communities. In the last few years we have decided to take on ground up  construction projects. We have completed 5 multifamily communities as a company. We currently own and manage 18 properties across the greater Seattle area and surrounding. We manage all aspects of Real Estate Development including Engineering and Design, Acquisitions, Development, Construction Management, Property Management and Asset Management.

Roles and responsibilities:

Collaborating on the development of design drawings and technical documentation during all phases of a project to graphically communicate design intent.
Assist with construction administration duties in a collaborative environment to execute design intent.
Coordinating with consultants, fabricators, and other members of the design and construction team.
Provide input on innovative 3D collaborative design workflows.
Communicating collaboratively with in-house development and construction teams using information management software.
Participating in marketing efforts.
Mentoring, as well as learning from, other company staff across our company departments.
Working hard, playing hard, enjoying the challenge!
Requisite Qualifications:
A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline preferred.
5-7 years of design experience (multi-family projects helpful, but not required).
Experience using 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred
Open to innovative technological practices and workflows for delivering projects.
Understanding of BIM concepts.
Knowledge of all phases and aspects of a project.
Conceptual understanding of building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and professional work ethic
