We design projects that fall under four primary categories: civic, historical, cultural, and most frequently education. Each building that we design is a unique reflection of the client’s needs, but always incorporates a rigorous community engagement process.

Bassetti’s dynamic and creative marketing team is looking to expand and is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Seattle office. The Marketing team encourages exploration and growth; participates in studio outings to inspire creativity and create camaraderie; and supports each other with professional development.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to graciously juggle multiple deadlines. Candidates with a strong visual communication skillset and robust writing skills are desired.


  • Develop and execute winning RFQ and RFP responses, including thoughtful writing, editing, and visual communication
  • Create and edit content for online or printed communication pieces (proposals, website, social media, e-blasts, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Assist with social media efforts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Provide photography direction and support for completed projects and staff
  • Assist with interview preparation, as needed (slide decks, boards, etc.)
  • Assist with award submittals
  • Assist with project data and image organization (Cosential, Open Asset, etc.)
  • Assist with business development activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications, English, journalism, marketing, or engineering); or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong visual communication skillset including typographic, color, and layout skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share ideas and ask questions
  • A self-starting and results-oriented outlook
  • Have a “divide-and-conquer/all-hands-on-deck” mentality
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion
  • Possesses a friendly, collaborative demeanor and enjoys working with others in a creative environment toward shared goals
  • Excellent organization skills
  • An understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and processes desired
