We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Interior Designer in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture, has a strong design sensibility, and appreciates the process of articulating design through presentation, documentation and construction process.


  • Generate design concepts and space planning solutions.
  • Produce project presentations and documentation to support design concepts.
  • Develop specifications and coordinate with construction documents.
  • Manages the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and procurement.
  • Coordinate documentation work with project team and consultants.
  • Work collaboratively with architectural staff to develop design concepts and meet deadlines.
  • Periodic travel to our Portland office for project coordination.


  • Bachelor’s degree or other advanced degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as IIDA licensed interior designer is encouraged.
  • 1-3 years of experience in interior design for institutional or commercial projects or a closely related design industry role.
  • Experienced Revit user.
  • Enscape experience is a plus.
  • Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred.
  • Excel experience required.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Capacity to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
