Our office is a dynamic and exciting space located in the International District with active projects in a variety of phases throughout Washington and across the country.

Position:

babienko architects is looking for an individual who is willing to have fun, learn, think, and ask questions. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of three (3) years, maximum of five (5) years post-bachelor’s degree professional experience working on custom residential and small commercial projects, with a solid technical background. Responsibilities will focus on production of preliminary design through construction drawings under the supervision of Principal and senior staff.

Applicants must be open minded and have a drive to explore creative solutions, a self starter, dependable and willing to step in to support any task. Familiarity with standard light frame wood and metal construction means and methods employed in residential and commercial design will be a benefit.

Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, ADOBE CS5, and MS Office are required.
