Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and adherence to our proprietary delivery process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs while staying within budget and schedule constraints.
• Maintain absolute transparency in all project communications and deliverables, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and sets others up for success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality projects.
• Proven track record as an overachiever, consistently delivering exceptional results in previous roles.
• Deep understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire team members.
