Third Year Intern/Architect Level-1

We are searching for a versatile and motivated team member to assist Project Managers with design, presentation, and production documents. Seattle multi‐family housing experience is desirable.

The Ideal Candidate:

Can work independently with some oversight in a respectful collaborative open office environment
Seeks out new assignments and opportunities
Shows an interest in understanding and learning practical and technical knowledge
Accepts and responds to input in a positive manner
Takes responsibilities for his or her own work and assignments

Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize and manage time independently with oversight and guidance
Detail oriented
Experience in production of Permit and Construction Documents
Familiarity with state and local area building codes, local ordinances and permit submission processes

3+ Years of Experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop
Familiarity with wood frame construction
Proficiency in Revit is an advantage
Degree in Architecture is desirable
Seeking Registration is desirable and supported
