BC+J Architects provides innovative and site responsive solutions to architectural challenges.

BC+J is grounded in the expertise of principals Peter Brachvogel and Stella Carosso. With forty years combined experience, we have partnered on a variety of commercial, residential, and resort projects since BC+J was founded in 1988, and work with our staff of architects and project managers to successfully complete both large and small projects.

We pride ourselves on design solutions that reflect our clients’ needs and desires, work within the pre-determined budget parameters, and take into account environmental and neighborhood conditions and concerns. And, of course, we manage and resolve the often complex permitting process for all of our clients.

Our goal is to help our clients make decisions that are best for their lifestyle and for the life of the building, whether it be a dream vacation home, permanent residence, or office space. We work intimately with every client from initial design ideas through completion of construction.

In addition to full professional services, BC+J provides design counseling and site reviews. We are pleased to advise on design, planning and construction issues relative to a parcel of land or existing building prior to purchase.
