Designing for Special Populations

Selection panels are expanding the Q&A portion of project interviews and using surprise “paper airplane” exercises to better understand how A/E/C teams work together. These more conversational-focused interviews require a different type of approach than the typical clicking through slide after slide of a formal presentation.
