Adaptation & Resilience: Learning From Disasters

Join us for a free, 1.5-hour virtual presentation that examines the growing challenges disasters pose to the built environment.

This session highlights the types of disasters currently impacting our communities, their severity, recurrence, and lasting impacts. We explore the underlying causes, offer strategies for moving forward, and share available training resources to support resilience in practice.

Attendees gain practical insights into how disasters affect design and construction, along with actionable tools to strengthen preparedness in their work. CE credits will be offered, making this both an informative and valuable learning experience for members.
