A Cushing Terrell employee(s) will be waiting in the 1st floor lobby to provide access into the building, check vaccination card and registration, and give access to the elevator. Use the elevator to get to the 7th floor, turn right to get to the reception desk for sign in. If nobody is at the front door, ring the doorbell that’s on left side of the entry door or call the front desk at (206) 282-6222 (ask for Danielle)

This program is presented in-person by AIA Seattle’s Women in Design and Young Architects Forum. This program requires proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test in the last 72-hours, to be presented at entry. Proof of vaccination may be in the form of a physical card or image of one, or MyIR record. When not actively eating or drinking, guests are required to remain masked. Acting in accordance with these precautions allows AIA Seattle to continue offering safe, in-person gatherings to as wide of an audience as possible.

The event venue is on the 7th floor with elevator access from an ADA-compliant entry along Western Avenue. Accessible restrooms are available on-site. Please indicate on your registration if you would like to be contacted regarding specific accommodations to fully participate in this program.
