Women in Design Dine Around Series

WHAT

A series of informal gatherings to discuss professional topics in an intimate setting, over drinks, lunch or dinner.  Come looking to learn from the wisdom of diverse experiences and to foster new relationships with other design colleagues… and have some fun!
For our second event we are focusing on the many aspects of mentorship from both a mentor and a mentee’s perspective.  Discussions could explore who may need mentors/mentees, how to be paired with one, and how to be an advocate for yourself.

HOW

We will break up participants into groups of 6 by neighborhood / section of the city.  There will be a facilitator at each location, but informal,
roundtable discussions are the goal.

WHO

Everyone is welcome: Architects, Engineers, Designers, Men, Women…. anyone interested in talking about design!

WHERE

We have selected potential venues around the city that can accommodate groups of 6.  Actual locations will be finalized once we have counts of interested people.  Please note that this is a no-host event.
RSVP with your top 2 choices of neighborhood (Downtown, Belltown, Pioneer Square, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Fremont/Ballard, Columbia City, West Seattle) by May 18th and we will reply with the name of your restaurant by May 23rd.
