Practice Abroad: How can International Experience make us all better?

Join Seattle International Architecture Forum for a panel discussion on what we can learn from other countries to improve our practice.

Panelists will share their experience of practicing in different regions of the world and engage the audience in open discussion about ways to elevate architectural practice by cross cultural interaction and contribution.

Panelists

Doug Streeter – Formerly with Perkins + Will: Doug has long experience practicing in England in the office of Terry Farrell, gaining experience of practice in the middle east and Hong Kong.
Kendall Strong – Originally from Australia, she practiced there for over 10 years prior to coming to work for ZGF in Seattle office.
Kun Lim – Kun is a founding partner in the office Kun Lim Architect in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Kun Lim Studio LLC in Seattle with projects in several countries.

The panel will be moderated by Boris Srdar, FAIA, a principal with NAC Architecture, with experience of practice in Zagreb, Croatia.
