Negotiating Work-Life Balance

Today’s workforce is much different than it was 60 years ago. Mom doesn’t stay home to keep house; couples are waiting to have children until both of their careers are well-established; people are living well past 70 years old and sometimes need caring for by a family member. However, today’s design office hasn’t changed much since the post-WWII years. The panel will discuss how their office culture is evolving to accommodate flexibility and the changing landscape of the workforce. Are architecture firms behind the times or part of the evolution?
