Mass Timber Committee – Northlake Commons Construction Tour
Get a first hand look at Northlake Commons, Seattle's largest mass timber lab-ready office building. The design team will guide a tour through the active construction site to discuss the design process, outcomes and highlight key considerations for building with mass timber.
Join Mass Timber Committee co-chairs Harry Rodin and Cody Lodi AIA for a construction tour of Northlake Commons. Currently under construction and scheduled to be complete in the fall, Northlake Commons will be one of the largest mass timber office buildings in the US and is designed to support a range of life science uses. The design team and members of the Swinerton and Timberlab team will tour attendees through the project for a behind the scenes look at how this project came to be and what it means for the future of sustainable workplace design.
