Matt Hutchins is a founding principal of CAST architecture, a six person firm located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. CAST works with a diverse group of public and private clients, utilizing a collaborative, integrated design process to understand their needs, and produce inspired architecture with a deep commitment to environmental responsibility. Matt has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, and small civic park projects, and CAST been recognized by publications as diverse as Fine Homebuilding and Forbes magazine for their work.

Matt is a registered Architect in the State of Washington and member of the AIA. CAST is a member of the US Green Building Council, BuiltGreen, and the Northwest Ecobuilding Guild.
